Shipping & Delivery

We process and ship all our orders within 1-3 days, the average delivery time is between 5 to 21 days. Louis Paris will send you a multitude of emails throughout the progress of your order to keep you informed. You can track the progress of your order in real time via our order tracking service that you can find directly at the bottom of the site.

The shipping is entirely offered to you on the whole store no matter the amount of your order.

Your order number is the number assigned to your purchase, it is located on the confirmation email you receive just after your order. This one can be for example the number LP1650US.

If the tracking of your order is momentarily unavailable there may be several reasons:

- It is too early to track the progress of your package, this is available after a few days.

- The carrier has not updated the tracking information of your order.

- The email address or the order number you entered is not the right one, in this case an error message will be displayed.

We ship to all countries, so please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Please note that if your order has already been shipped we cannot change its address.

We do not offer any other delivery options at this time. If you have a special need that requires our attention please contact our customer service at contact@louis-paris.com.

We can only process one address per order. If you would like to receive your products at a different address please place an order by delivery address.

If you have not received the correct item for your order, please notify us at contact@louis-paris.com. Please provide your order number, the item you ordered and a picture of the wrong item received. This information will help us to process your request as quickly as possible in order to find a solution.

It is possible that your order is shipped in several parcels to ensure the speed of its delivery. Therefore, your entire order may be delivered via different packages. In this case, you will receive a tracking number for each package that will allow you to follow its progress in real time. Payments

Once your order is placed an email is automatically sent to the email address you gave us during your purchase, if this email unfortunately did not reach you, please check your junk mail and the promotional tab. Louis Paris does not have access to your banking information when you make a purchase.
All transactions are secured using SSL encryption to protect payment and personal data. You can see the SSL certificate by the presence of the padlock next to the site url.

Your payment may be subject to a 3D Secure verification depending on your bank, which you will have to confirm using your phone in most cases.

You can only use one payment method per order.

Refunds take an average of 5-10 days to appear on credit card statements. If even after this time your refund has not arrived on your account, please notify us at contact@louis-paris.com or via the contact form at the bottom of the site.

An invoice of your order is automatically sent to you right after your purchase. You can also find your invoice by logging into your Louis Paris account, in your order history. Products

If a product or one of its variants is out of stock, please wait a few days before it becomes available again. You can contact us at contact@louis-paris.com or via the contact form at the bottom of the site to know more about the availability of the products.

Yes, all prices displayed on Louis Paris include VAT.

Louis Paris offers gift cards that you can find at the bottom of the site or by clicking on this link. The gift cards are offered in electronic form, choose the value you want to receive a promotional code of that amount. The gift cards do not have an expiration date. If you have not received the confirmation email with your gift card code, please contact our customer service at contact@louis-paris.com or directly via the contact form at the bottom of the website.

To use your Louis Paris gift card you have to apply the code you received when you purchased your gift card on the confirmation email. Use this code when you arrive at the checkout in order to apply the reduction of your gift card amount.

Returns & exchanges

The quality of our items is one of our priorities, we do not tolerate that our customers receive their orders in an inappropriate condition. If you receive one or more items in poor condition please contact our customer service at contact@louis-paris.com with one or more photos so that we can evaluate and negotiate with you the best possible solution.

The delivery is offered on the whole store in order to make benefit the totality of the customers. However, we do not take in charge the expenses of return.

Refunds can only be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
